Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains how SIA "UnityIntel" ("we") processes personal data when you visit unityintel.com and submit the enquiry form. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

  • SIA "UnityIntel"
  • Reg. No. 40203627753
  • Strautu iela 13, Liepāja, LV-3401
  • Email: info@unityintel.com

2. What data we process

In the enquiry form you provide:

  • your name and email address (required);
  • your phone number and a short message (optional);
  • the service you are interested in and the site language.

When you submit the form, the address of the page it was sent from and your browser's technical information (user agent) are also stored.

If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records your activity on the site, such as page views, button clicks, video plays and form submissions.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry, arranging a consultation and preparing an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Further communication about your enquiry — our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Measuring advertising performance with the Meta Pixel — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Cookies

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's storage (localStorage) so you are not asked again. This is necessary for the site to work.

The Meta Pixel and its cookies (such as _fbp) are only loaded after you press "OK" on the cookie notice. Without consent, no data is sent to Meta.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or by writing to info@unityintel.com.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by these service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting;
  • Supabase Inc. — enquiry database;
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace) — email notifications about enquiries;
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel, only with your consent.

Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to info@unityintel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
